Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to Realmove.in, including property discovery, listing, lead sharing, messaging, and related account services.

Effective 3 August 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Realmove.in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice below. You confirm that you are legally competent to contract under applicable Indian law. If you use the platform for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

2. Realmove's role

Realmove provides a technology platform for users to publish, discover, compare, and communicate about real-estate listings and requirements. Unless expressly stated in writing, Realmove is not the owner, seller, lessor, developer, broker, advocate, surveyor, valuer, financial adviser, or party to any property transaction.

Listings, photographs, prices, availability, measurements, approvals, project details, and representations generally come from third parties. Realmove may use review or verification processes, but a “verified” label does not amount to a legal opinion, title certificate, guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of a property or user.

3. Mandatory buyer and renter due diligence

Before paying any token, deposit, booking amount, brokerage, rent, or purchase consideration, or signing any document, every buyer or renter must independently verify the property and transaction through appropriately qualified professionals.

At a minimum, check: ownership and title chain; identity and authority of the seller, lessor, agent, or developer; encumbrances, mortgages, litigation, acquisition notices, and third-party rights; sanctioned plans, land use, occupancy/completion certificates, and other approvals; applicable RERA registration and disclosures; taxes, dues, society records, utilities, measurements, boundaries, access, and physical condition; and every agreement, payment instruction, and original document.

Users should consult an independent advocate and, where appropriate, a chartered accountant, architect, engineer, surveyor, bank, and the relevant government or regulatory authority. Information on Realmove must not be treated as a substitute for professional advice or official records.

4. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and lawful account and listing information.
  • Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, publish misleading claims, or upload content you have no right to use.
  • Comply with applicable real-estate, RERA, consumer, advertising, tax, data-protection, intellectual-property, anti-fraud, and other laws.
  • Keep login credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised account use.
  • Use contact details received through Realmove only for the property purpose for which they were shared and in accordance with applicable law.

Realmove may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful authorities where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.

5. No transaction guarantee

Realmove does not guarantee the identity, solvency, conduct, authority, or performance of any user; the accuracy or continued availability of a listing; the legal or physical condition of any property; financing, returns, appreciation, rental yield, possession dates, or completion; or that a negotiation or transaction completes. Users communicate, inspect, negotiate, pay, and contract at their own informed discretion.

6. Fees and third-party services

Any paid feature is governed by the price and conditions displayed when it is purchased. Banks, payment providers, agents, lawyers, developers, government portals, map services, and other third parties operate independently and may apply their own terms. Realmove is not responsible for a third party's service, advice, website, or payment channel.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Realmove disclaims implied warranties relating to third-party content, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and transaction outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Realmove and its personnel are not liable for losses arising from reliance on a listing or user statement; title or approval defects; fraud or misconduct by a user or third party; negotiations, inspections, payments, possession, construction delays, or failed transactions; or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from Realmove's own fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable.

8. User indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Realmove against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, misrepresentation, infringement, misuse of personal data, breach of these terms, or property transaction conducted through your account. This does not require a consumer to waive a non-waivable statutory right.

9. Intellectual property

Realmove's branding, interface, software, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit but grant Realmove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform. You may withdraw content, subject to lawful retention and completed platform activity.

10. Privacy Notice

Data collected

Realmove may collect account details, contact information, role and city, listing and enquiry content, messages, saved items, usage and device information, and records of consent or acceptance. Information you choose to publish in a listing may be visible to other users.

Purposes

Data is used to create and secure accounts, provide listings and communication features, connect genuine property enquiries with relevant sellers, agents, or builders, personalise and improve the service, prevent abuse, respond to support or legal requests, and meet applicable obligations.

Sharing

When you express interest or submit a property requirement, your relevant contact and enquiry information may be shared with the seller, owner, agent, builder, or service provider connected with that property or requirement. Data may also be processed by infrastructure and service providers under appropriate arrangements, or disclosed where required by law. Realmove does not authorise recipients to use lead data for unrelated unlawful purposes.

Choice, access, and retention

You may update account information and may request applicable access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, or grievance handling through the contact channels made available on the platform. Optional marketing and first-party anonymous analytics choices are available on the communication and privacy choices page. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent features that require the relevant data.

Anonymous journey events are retained for up to 13 months. IP addresses attached to general visit analytics are removed after 30 days, and older anonymous visit records are deleted after 13 months. Lead and transaction records may be retained longer where needed to provide the requested service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.

Security and children

Realmove uses reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. The service is intended for persons legally competent to enter property-related arrangements; children should not create accounts or submit personal data without the involvement and valid consent of a parent or lawful guardian where required.

11. Changes, governing law, and disputes

Realmove may update these terms for operational, security, or legal reasons. Material changes apply from the effective date shown on the updated page, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through the platform's available support channels. Courts or other forums having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law retain jurisdiction, and nothing here prevents access to a consumer commission, regulator, or other forum available by law.

Realmove is not a law firm. Users should obtain independent legal advice for property transactions and for questions about these terms.
